Rules and conditions of stay

1. Cleaning and Maintenance

 

    • Cleaning during the stay is the guest's responsibility.

 

    • For stays longer than 7 nights, a full cleaning with a change of bed linen will be carried out. The date will be arranged at

      check-in.

 

    • If something stops working during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible.

 

2. Internet Access

 

    • The house offers free Wi-Fi with good coverage throughout all rooms.

 

3. Maximum Capacity

 

    • The maximum occupancy is 5 people.

 

4. Pets

 

    • Dogs and other pets are allowed.

 

5. Smoking

 

    • Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

 

    • Smoking is permitted outdoors.

 

6. Television and Music

 

    • The living room has a television.

 

    • If you play music, please keep the volume low so as not to disturb the neighbours.

 

7. Check-in and Check-out

 

    • Check-in is from 4:00 PM.

 

    • Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

 

    • If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage.

 

    • Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

 

8. Keys

 

    • One house key will be provided at check-in.

 

    • Please take care of it and return it at check-out.

 

9. Care and Responsibilities

 

    • We expect you to take good care of the house and its equipment.

 

    • Any issue, damage, or malfunction must be reported immediately.

 

    • Please respect the neighbours by avoiding loud noise.

 

    • The person who made the reservation is responsible for the behaviour of all guests.

 

    • In case of inappropriate behaviour, Casa do Cais Cerveira may request the immediate departure of guests, without

      refund or compensation.

 

    • If it is detected that more people are staying in the house than the number stated in the reservation, we may charge the

      corresponding extra fee or request the immediate departure of all guests, without compensation.

 

10. Payment Methods

 

    • Bank transfer in advance, MBWay, or cash.

 

    • A penalty of €20.00 per day will be applied in case of late payment.

 

11. Fees

 

    • Cleaning fee per stay: €20.

 

12. Extras

 

    • Extra bath towels: €15 / set.

 

    • Extra bed sheets: €20 / set.

 

13. Liability

 

Casa do Cais Cerveira is not responsible for direct or indirect damages during the stay, including:

 

    • personal injuries,

 

    • fire,

 

    • theft,

 

    • criminal conduct,

 

    • electricity, water or internet failures.

 

If any of these issues occur, please notify us as soon as possible.

 

Failure to comply with the rules may result in the expulsion of guests, without any refund.

 

Booking a stay at Casa do Cais Cerveira implies that you accept and respect these conditions. We appreciate your cooperation in all these matters and hope you understand that these standards are necessary.

14. Electric Car Charging

 

    • Charging electric cars on the property is prohibited.

 

    • Charging points available in Vila Nova de Cerveira:

 

        • 2 Tesla chargers in the Municipal Council car park

 

        • 1 standard charger in Parque da Amizade, next to the Minho River, at Burger King and Pingo Doce.

 

15. 10% Discount on Direct Bookings

 

    • Direct bookings with us receive a 10% discount on the total amount (excluding the cleaning fee).

 

    • You may book by phone, WhatsApp or email.
