Conditions of stay

1. Cleaning and Maintenance

 

  • Cleaning during your stay is the guest's responsibility.

 

  • For stays longer than 7 nights, a complete cleaning with linen change will be carried out. The date will be arranged at check-in.

 

  • If anything malfunctions during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.

 

2. Internet Access

 

  • The house has free Wi-Fi with good coverage in all rooms.

 

3. Maximum Capacity

 

  • The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

 

4. Pets

 

  • Dogs and other pets are allowed.

 

5. Smoking

 

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

 

  • Smoking is permitted outdoors.

 

6. Television and Music

 

  • The living room has a television.

 

  • If you play music, please keep the volume low so as not to disturb the neighbors.

 

7. Check-in and Check-out

 

  • Check-in time is from 4:00 PM. • Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM.

 

  • If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage.

 

  • Please inform us of your arrival time in advance.

 

8. Keys

 

  • A house key will be provided at check-in.

 

  • Please take good care of it and return it at check-out.

 

9. Care and Responsibilities

 

  • We expect you to treat the house and its equipment with care.

 

  • Any problems, damage, or malfunctions must be reported immediately.

 

  • It is important to respect the neighbors' peace and quiet by avoiding loud noises.

 

  • The person responsible for the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all accompanying guests.

 

  • In case of inappropriate behavior, Casa da Avó Quina Seixas may request the immediate departure of guests,

    without the right to a refund or compensation.

 

  • If it is detected that there are more people in the house than indicated in the reservation, the corresponding amount for the

    extra people may be charged, or the immediate departure of all guests may be requested, without the right to compensation.

 

10. Payment Methods

 

  • Advance bank transfer, MBWay or cash.

 

  • In case of late payment, a fine of € 20.00 per day will be applied.

 

11. Fees

 

  • Cleaning fee per stay: €30.

 

  •Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per night (from May 1st to September 30th), €1 per person per night (from October 1st to April

    30th), for adults over 16 years old and for a maximum period of 7 nights.

 

12. Extras

 

  • Extra bath towels: €15 / set.

 

  • Extra sheets: €20 / set.

 

13. Liability

 

Casa da Avó Quina Seixas is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during your stay, including:

 

  • personal injury,

 

  • fire,

 

  • theft,

 

  • criminal conduct,

 

  • power, water or internet outages.

 

If any of these problems occur, please let us know as soon as possible.

 

Failure to comply with the rules may result in the expulsion of guests, without any right to a refund.

 

Booking a stay at Casa da Avó Quina Seixas implies that you accept and respect these conditions. We appreciate your cooperation in all these matters and hope you understand that these standards are necessary.

14. Electric Car Charging

 

Charging electric cars on the property is prohibited.

 

• It's located in Caminha, at the north entrance.

 

15. 10% Discount on Direct Bookings

 

  • Bookings made directly with us receive a 10% discount on the total amount (excluding cleaning fee).

 

  • Reservations can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
